The cone is manufactured from aluminium and is relatively watertight - although not fully. It is removable, fitting into a circular holder in the upper portion of the stand. Anchoring pegs are simply placed into pre-drilled holes at the base and hammered into place.

 

These stands are more suited to outdoor use as they need the additional support of the pegs to keep upright. They are very versatile, and form a beautiful walkway instantly.
